Customer Service Representative
with partial responsibility for products and logistics
COG Soft Products AB has 45 employees with a turnover about 45M (2019).
We are growing rapidly as the worlds largest manufacturer focusing only on balls and cubes.
The balls are used mainly by schools/athletic organizations and the cubes are produced for Trampoline parks. Our most popular balls are the Dodgeballs (Jägarboll, Spökboll).
Our products are considered State of Art.
90% of our production is for Europe and North America. We focus on development and quality.
50% of our sales are products that no other company is able to produce.
We are searching for a person who would be responsible for our customer contacts/relations, as well as for our key account customers. This includes taking/releasing orders mostly 40’ containers, helping customers understand the product and answering questions about their orders/special requests, releasing information and promote.
You should apply if you:
- are able to work in English (both write and speak), preferable as a native speaker
- have experience in customer service (with different cultures)
- are able to work with Excell
Bonus if you:
- have worked with products. Logistics and transport
- speak more languages as Swedish, German, French, Spanish etc.
- understand Visma (our finance system)
