This role blends strategic thinking with operational excellence, requiring someone who can think independently, build supplier relationships, and deliver best-in-class purchasing performance.
???? What You'll Do:
Strive for procurement excellence as part of a team of Purchasers
Own and optimize in-country procurement operations
Build strong supplier relationships to drive pricing, quality, and delivery improvements
Collaborate across Sales, Logistics, Finance, and Procurement teams
Deliver on purchasing KPIs: inventory levels, lead times, open orders, and more
Use SAP and procurement systems to support seamless processes
???? What You Bring:
5+ years’ experience in procurement or purchasing
Strong planning, forecasting, and data analysis skills
Expertise in SAP and Microsoft Office (TANGRO experience a plus)
Fluent in English and Swedish
A collaborative, analytical, and improvement-focused mindset
